Active Spanish production with spaced repetition
Tap the card to reveal the answer
Read the English word or expression and its example sentence. Try to recall the Spanish word or expression before tapping the card to reveal the answer.
Use the example for context, but focus on recalling the target word or expression rather than translating the entire sentence word for word.
Hard, Good, and Easy all mean you recalled the answer correctly before revealing it.
Previous and Next browse the cards that are currently due without rating them. They do not undo a rating or change your review schedule.
After you rate a card, the app schedules its next review and moves it out of the current due queue until it becomes due again.
Spaced repetition brings cards back over time to help you remember them. Your ratings guide the next review: difficult cards generally return sooner, while easier cards return later.
Reviews return when they are due and always take priority over new material. When you are caught up, the app shows when your next review is due.
Choose 5, 10, or 15 new cards per study day. The allowance is separate for Words and Verbs, and a new card counts when you rate it for the first time.
A study day is a calendar day when you actually study. Missed days do not accumulate. If 20 or more reviews are waiting, new cards pause until the due count falls below 20.
You can change the setting at any time without erasing progress.
Your review progress is saved locally on this device. It is not synced between devices, and clearing this site's browser data may erase it.
